A lash lift is a wonderful alternative to lash extensions! Create volume and enhance your natural lashes with this semi-permanent treatment. This provides perfectly curled lashes with added definition, making them appear more pronounced. It is particularly recommended for clients who are satisfied with the length of their natural lashes but desire a more defined look. The treatment includes the use of keratin, a conditioner that promotes healthy eyelashes and helps prolong the lift effect.

Before arriving for your appointment:
Please arrive to your appointment with a freshly cleansed face. It is recommended to wash your face prior to the appointment since you will have to avoid getting your lashes wet for 24 hours after the treatment.

Contact Lenses must be removed prior to appointment. Please wear glasses to your appointment.
Do not use waterproof mascara 2-5 days prior to your appointment.
Ensure that you do not have an eye infection or irritation of the eye area. The service cannot be performed until the infection is treated and has been cleared by your physician.
If you have had Lasik surgery, you must wait a minimum of 6 months from the time of your procedure.

To ensure the safety and well-being of all clients, we require that you complete our intake forms prior to your appointment. These forms serve several important purposes, including: client safety (health), customizing services, ongoing care, and meet legal requirements. We are unable to provide services without the completion of the required intake forms. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated, as it allows us to prioritize your safety and deliver the best possible experience during your visit. To ensure the safety and well-being of all clients, we request that you update your client intake forms if there are any changes to your health status. To ensure that we have the most current information regarding your health status, we kindly require you to complete client intake forms yearly, as we understand that your health status may change over time.

The lash lift treatment takes one hour and is completely safe and non-intrusive.
It is a multi-step process. A rod is applied followed by two solutions to the natural lashes to treat and shape them - each step is applied and takes between 10 and 15 minutes to work its magic.
Simply lay down and relax – listen to music, have great conversation, or just nap (most popular!).
If cared for properly, a lash lift can last up to 6 to 8 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle. Check out the post-care instructions below.
Since the lash lift is an enhancement of your natural lashes, after the first 24 hours, it requires little to no maintenance.

Please avoid scheduling a lash lift if you have dry eyes, Sjogren's Syndrome, watery eyes, or a history of recurrent eye or tear duct infections, as these conditions are contraindications. Additionally, to ensure safety, obtain medical clearance if you've used prescription eye drops within the past month, as some medications may be a contraindication for the lash lift.

Unfortunately, it's a contraindication to receive a lash lift during pregnancy or while breast feeding.

No, children are not allowed in the studio or unattended on the premises. There are implements and products that could be harmful to a child. Thank you for your understanding.

Follow these tips to ensure your lash lift maintains its quality as long as possible:
Do not wet your lashes or use mascara for at least 24 hours after the treatment.
No steam, exercising that would result in heavy sweating, or hair washing for 24 hours after the treatment.
Avoid contacts, eye makeup remover, lash serums and eye creams for 24 hours after the treatment.
No eyelash extensions for 24 hours after the treatment.
Avoid sleeping on your new lash lift for 24 hours until it sets (sleep on your back if possible).

In order to respect the time of clients and esthetician, you’re asked to arrive on time for your appointment. Please be mindful that if you arrive late for your appointment, your service(s) may be modified and will end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate the following client. Appointments that are modified due to clients late arrival will still be charged the full cost of the service(s) booked. If you are more than 5 minutes late you may have to forfeit your appointment which will be considered a no-show, or you will be charged 50% if you reschedule. Your understanding in this matter is much appreciated!

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so please understand that “no-shows” and late cancellations are an inconvenience to both esthetician and turned-away clients. You’re required to provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not provide 24-hours notice, you will be charged 100% of the service(s) appointment cost. If you fail to cancel and do not arrive for your appointment it is considered a “no show” and you will be charged 100% of all services booked. Ritual Skincare is an appointment-based business and when appointments are cancelled without sufficient notice, that space is unable to filled with another client.
