A facial is a multi-step treatment for your face, neck, and decollete provided by an esthetician to support the health of your skin.
A professional facial includes a consultation, to find out more about your skin, health, medications you may be taking or have taken that could affect the skin, and the goals you have for your skin.
Facials combine products, techniques and the use of tools/modalities to support and improve the health of your skin. They’re curated/crafted for the needs of your skin and may include, but are not limited to a thorough cleansing, skin analysis, refinement/exfoliation, steam, extractions, massage, mask(s). Facials help stimulate cell turnover, relax facial muscles, promote circulation and enhance the absorption of skincare products.
The goal of a facial is to improve and maintain the overall health and vitality of your skin. By customizing the treatment to your individual needs, facials can address various skin concerns and help you achieve a more radiant and rejuvenated complexion.

Professional facials are not only the best way to ensure you see the long-term results you want for your skin, but to safely address your current skin condition and concerns. Licensed estheticians possess the necessary training and experience to utilize professional skincare products that deliver effective and reliable solutions.
Exfoliants used during a professional facial work deeper and are more active compared to what is safe for home use. Estheticians are trained to perform extractions, if needed, without running the risk of damaging your skin.
Facial massage provides immediate vitality and numerous benefits for your skin. It increases circulation, supports lymphatic drainage, reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by releasing tension in facial muscles and promotes the release of tight fascia. The increase in blood flow awakens the skin and increases oxygen flow, aiding in its rejuvenation, while improved circulation enables faster repair.
Your skin is continually evolving and influenced by factors such as age, hormones, seasons, environment, diet, and hormones, regular monthly facial treatments are typically recommended. However, if you’re consistently struggling with breakouts or have specific concerns, more frequent facials every 2 or 3 weeks may be recommended. If it is not feasible for you to come in for monthly facials, I highly recommend scheduling seasonal facial treatments. A curated home care routine with regular facials, is invaluable for achieving successful and sustainable results for your skin.

Yes, we recommend removing jewelry before skin rituals. Jewelry, such as necklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings, can interfere with the treatment process and may also pose a safety risk.
Removing jewelry allows for better access to the skin and prevents any potential damage or discomfort during the treatment. It also helps to ensure the safety of your jewelry, reducing the risk of it getting misplaced or damaged during the session.
We advise that you securely store your jewelry or leave it at home before your treatment to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Before your treatment, we will have a thorough discussion about your skin concerns, goals, current skincare products, and health history. This allows us to curate the treatment specifically to your needs and maximize the benefits you receive.
Before the treatment begins, the esthetician will step out of the room, giving you privacy to undress. You will be provided with a Turkish towel to wrap around your body and lay on the treatment table. Only your shoulders, arms, and head will be exposed, ensuring your comfort and modesty. You have the option to leave your bra on and tuck the straps inside the towel or remove your bra, whichever you feel most comfortable with.
Relaxing music will be playing throughout the treatment to create a soothing atmosphere. Communication is vital throughout the process, especially during your first treatment. The esthetician will guide you through the steps unless you prefer a more relaxed check-in approach. Our goal is to ensure your comfort and relaxation throughout the entire treatment.
If at any point during the treatment you desire more or less pressure, or if you experience any discomfort, please don't hesitate to communicate your preferences or concerns. Your feedback is crucial to ensure that the treatment meets your needs and provides the most enjoyable experience possible.
After your treatment, you’ll be given some time to ground yourself and get dressed in privacy. This allows you to fully transition back to your regular routine at your own pace.
Once you're ready, we'll discuss skincare rituals that you can incorporate into your daily routine at home. This may include recommendations for specific products, techniques, or practices that will help you maintain and enhance the benefits of the treatment.
We'll also provide an opportunity for you to ask any follow-up questions or seek further guidance regarding your skincare concerns or the treatment you just received. Open communication is key, and we want to ensure that you have all the information you need to continue caring for your skin effectively.
Our aim is to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to skincare, both during and after your visit, so that you can enjoy long-term benefits and maintain healthy, radiant skin.

During most treatments, our goal is to stimulate your skin using products and massage techniques. This increased stimulation promotes better blood flow, resulting in a subtle pink undertone similar to the effect of going for a brisk walk. However, it's important to note that experiencing irritation, itching, or excessive redness is not considered normal. These reactions indicate that your skin is responding to something in an unfavorable way.
Throughout the service, the esthetician will periodically check in with you to ensure your comfort and monitor your skin's response. If you have any doubts or concerns about how a particular product should feel on your skin, don't hesitate to ask the esthetician for clarification. Clear communication is key to ensuring that your treatment is tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
By maintaining open dialogue with the esthetician and promptly addressing any concerns, we can work together to create a comfortable and effective skincare experience for you.

Our primary focus is to support you in achieving healthy and balanced skin while ensuring that you receive the best possible results. We firmly believe that establishing a strong foundation is crucial before considering any additional products.
A great foundation for skincare starts with a suitable cleanser and moisturizer or facial oil that addresses your current skin condition. These essential products lay the groundwork for a healthy home skin ritual. Regardless of any other products you may be using, if you don't have a solid foundation, it can affect the overall effectiveness of your skincare regimen.
When working with you, we personalize your skincare approach based on your unique needs and goals. If you already have products that align with our recommendations and support the health of your skin, we will gladly incorporate them into your home skin ritual. Our aim is to ensure that you have a customized routine that works harmoniously with your skin, using products that are effective and beneficial for you.
