Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Bikini Sugaring and Buttocks services are currently only offered to AFAB (assigned female at birth) clients 18 years of age and older.

To ensure the safety and well-being of all clients, we require that you complete our intake forms prior to your appointment. These forms serve several important purposes, including: client safety (health), customizing services, ongoing care, and meet legal requirements. We are unable to provide services without the completion of the required intake forms. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated, as it allows us to prioritize your safety and deliver the best possible experience during your visit. To ensure the safety and well-being of all clients, we require that you update your client intake forms if there are any changes to your health status. To ensure we have the most up-to-date information regarding your health status, we kindly require you to complete client intake forms annually for sugaring, tinting, brow lamination, and lash lifts, as we understand that your health status may change over time. Additionally, we require that you complete the intake form before every skin ritual.

We accept all major credit cards and gift cards purchased directly from Ritual Skincare as forms of payment. However, please note that we do not accept cash payments or third party gift cards.

At Ritual Skincare, your safety and well-being are our top priorities. We kindly request clients with medical conditions to consult their doctors before booking any services. To ensure the best possible care, we require you to complete our online client intake form(s) prior to your appointment and inform your esthetician of any existing medical conditions or medications.
We understand that your health status may change over time, so it is essential to keep us informed. Please update your client intake forms promptly in the event of any changes to your medical condition, oral or topical medications, or treatments. This allows us to have accurate and up-to-date information, enabling us to provide you with the most effective and safe services.
At Ritual Skincare, we reserve the right to discontinue a service if necessary, as it is our responsibility to prioritize the safety of all parties involved. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
SCHEDULING + FORMS

To ensure a positive experience for all clients and estheticians, the following terms are subject when booking appointments at Ritual Skincare:
You may modify or cancel your appointment without charge 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. Please be aware that the payment for the scheduled service(s) will be retained.
If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show”; the card on file will be charged full price for the scheduled service(s) and applicable taxes will be retained.

We will make every effort to accommodate you if you are running late; however, to ensure fairness and consideration for all our clients, your treatment will still conclude at the originally scheduled time, and you will be charged the full price for the scheduled service(s).

We prioritize the health and well-being of both clients and estheticians by exercising caution and refraining from providing services to clients who are ill and potentially contagious. This practice is essential to prevent the spread of illness among clients and maintain a safe and hygienic environment. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment for a later date when you have fully recovered. Please refrain from coming to your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms such as a cold, flu, strep throat, COVID-19 (or live with someone who has COVID), or any other illness.
Please be aware that our cancellation policy still applies in such situations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

To prioritize the safety of our clients and maintain a serene environment, we kindly request children and guests are not brought into the studio or left unattended in the lobby. Our establishment contains implements and products that may pose potential harm to children. We are committed to creating a tranquil atmosphere for you and all our clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

The package is non-refundable and non-transferable.
For Skin Ritual | Facial Services, appointments must be scheduled within 5 weeks of your last service, aligning with the Package at Ritual Skincare.
Sugaring Hair Removal Services (excluding Brow Shaping, as specified below), appointments must be scheduled within 5 weeks of your last service, aligning with the Package at Ritual Skincare.
For Brow Shaping Sugaring Hair Removal, appointments must be scheduled within 4 weeks of your last service, aligning with the Package at Ritual Skincare.
Lash Lift + Tint appointments must be scheduled within 6 weeks of your last service, aligning with the Package at Ritual Skincare.
Scheduling appointments before the redeemable date is the client's responsibility. The package will be applied as a cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.
Packages expire 6 months from the original purchase date.

The following return/exchange policy applies to both retail and service-based customers who make purchases from Ritual Skincare, whether in-studio or online.
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on products purchased either in our studio or online. This policy is in place to uphold our strict quality and safety protocols, as we are unable to resell any products that have left our studio or warehouse. Our commitment is to ensure your safety and satisfaction with our products, which is why we do not allow returns for products that are not defective or wrongly shipped.
However, in the event of shipping damaged products or products that have been shipped to you in error by the company, Ritual Skincare reserves the right to provide a replacement at our discretion. To qualify for a replacement, any shipping damage or errors must be reported within three (3) days of receipt. If you received goods in error, they must be returned in their original packaging and in a pristine, sellable condition to be eligible for a full refund.

The shipping policy applies to customers purchasing retail products in-studio or online. Please take note of the following terms:
Shipping Destinations: Ritual Skincare only ships within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
Shipping Fees: Ritual Skincare offers free shipping on all orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee of $5 will be applied. *This applies after any discounts are applied.
Shipping Schedule: Shipments are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing and Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 4-5 business days of being placed. In certain circumstances such as holidays and due to factors out of our control, shipping time may be increased.
Customer Inquiries: Should you have any questions regarding your order, please contact Ritual Skincare at info@ritualskincareseattle.com. Our team strives to respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm PDT/PST, excluding holidays).
Package Tracking: Ritual Skincare strongly encourages customers to monitor their package’s tracking information to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Once your order has been placed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Times: Please be advised that estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier.
