Products purchased and services received are FINAL SALE. This applies to all services offered and purchase of retail products. Not all skin is equal and finding the right skincare isn’t always easy, so please do not hesitate to schedule a “Skin Consultation” to discuss skincare products and/or to receive a patch/sensitivity test. Your current skin state and the needs of your skin, sensitivities, allergies, and goals are taken into consideration when offering professional recommendations. Ritual Skincare Sugaring + Sound recommends you partake in a patch/sensitivity test, if you have experienced reactions to ingredients in the past. Ritual Skincare Sugaring + Sound offers samples to help you find products that will support the overall health of your skin, before you commit to a full retail size product. RETAIL SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping policy below applies to retail customers buying from ritualskinsugarsound.com.

• Ritual Skincare Sugaring + Sound only ships within the United States, excluding Hawaii & Alaska.

• Ritual Skincare Sugaring + Sound offers free shipping on all orders of $150 or more and a flat rate shipping fee of $10 on orders under $150.

• Shipments are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• Orders are typically processed within 4-5 business days of being placed. In certain circumstances such as holidays and due to factors out of Ritual Skincare Sugaring + Sound’s control, shipping time may be increased.

• If your purchase arrives damaged, you must submit a photo of the damaged items and packaging within 3 days of receiving the order to Ritual Skincare Sugaring + Sound info@ritualskinsugarsound.com

• In most cases, Ritual Skincare Sugaring + Sound responds to any inquiries within 24 to 48 hours during business days, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm PST (excluding holidays)
