NOVEMBER TIPS + STUDIO INFORMATION
Secure Your Preferred Time!
I want to ensure you receive your preferred appointment times. Starting in November, I'll be scheduling your preferred time through February. If you have special plans, like spring weddings or getaways, it's a great idea to secure your slots early.
Looking ahead, I'll continue to book clients months in advance, a practice many long-time clients are familiar with, especially for spring through summer.
Upcoming Changes to Studio Hours – Your Input Matters
As we approach the new year, I wanted to inform you of some proposed changes to the studio hours that I'm considering implementing starting January 1, 2024.
The proposed hours would be as follows:
Tuesday - Friday:
Option 1: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Option 2: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday:
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (extending to 6:00 PM when the morning gets booked)
I understand that these changes may have an impact on your schedule, and I want to assure you that your input is incredibly important to me. My goal is to make these adjustments in a way that benefits all of us. I want to ensure that these changes align with your needs and preferences as much as possible.
If these new hours could affect your ability to schedule appointments, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. Your feedback will help me make informed decisions and tailor the hours to accommodate both your needs and mine. After all, your satisfaction and well-being are important to me.

Valued Policies and Appreciation
At Ritual Skincare, our operations revolve around providing exceptional services to our clients. We hold a deep appreciation for both our clients and our craft, understanding that life can sometimes throw unexpected changes our way.
However, once we approach the 24-hour mark before a scheduled appointment, we kindly ask our clients to take responsibility for that reserved time. If changes are needed within this timeframe, a 100% fee of the missed appointment is necessary to cover the service time that's been reserved for you.
Policies are the cornerstone of a healthy service-based business. By supporting us, you're not just supporting a small business, but you're also endorsing the importance of these policies in maintaining our quality service.

Weather Policy
As we enter winter, there's the possibility of snowy conditions that may affect your commute, depending on your location. Our top priority is everyone's safety, including yours and mine. Historically, studio closures have been based on the Seattle School District's snow closures.
If you have an appointment and are unable to drive due to road conditions or anticipated weather, please reach out to reschedule your appointment. In the past, we've also accommodated clients within walking distance, possibly adjusting appointment and studio times. Our primary concern is ensuring everyone's safety out there!
